How to Redeem

Redeeming your well-earned points is simple. Redeemable points can be used for a variety of exciting rewards, depending on the property. Guests can enjoy Free Play, Table Play, Dining, Hotel stays, and Retail purchases. To redeem points for Free Play, simply download right to your machine. For Dining, Hotel or Retail purchases, simply present your card at the venue of your choice or visit Players Services for additional assistance.

  • What are the main points about this change to FastTrack Rewards?

    FastTrack Rewards offers the same great earning rates for both tier and redeemable points so that you can continue to earn rewards just as quickly as before. However, we have made some striking upgrades to this program, too:

    We’ve simplified the path to higher tiers, so you can unlock more perks faster.

    Enhanced Benefits
    Select properties now offer upgraded benefits and experiences for members.

    Expanded Access
    You can use your FastTrack card and points at any of our participating properties and enjoy perks across the network. The participating properties currently include the following locations:

    • Indiana:
      Terre Haute Casino Resort
    • Kentucky:
      Derby City Gaming Hotel, Derby City Gaming Downtown, Owensboro Racing and Gaming, Ellis Park Racing and Gaming, Turfway Park Racing and Gaming, Newport Racing and Gaming, and Oak Grove Racing, Gaming and Hotel

  • What changes should I expect with FastTrack Rewards?

    You will continue to receive all the same great benefits with FastTrack Rewards and much more!

  • Is this update part of a larger initiative or just with this property?

    Yes, this is part of a larger initiative across our entire portfolio—not just this property. As our network of properties continues to grow onto the new system, this new rewards program is designed to provide a consistent and elevated experience for all our guests. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a unified and rewarding experience for guests across all our properties.

  • When will I receive my new card?

    All guests must visit Players Services with their valid ID in order to get a new FastTrack Rewards card printed in mid-July. This process is easy and free-of-charge. Guests may also visit a Re-print Kiosk with valid ID. We will not be mailing new FastTrack Rewards cards to anyone.

  • Will my old Players Card continue to work once this property switches over to FastTrack Rewards?

    Yes, your old Players Cards will continue to work. However, we encourage you to pick up your new card at Players Services or at any Re-print Kiosk when we are live with FastTrack Rewards, so that you can take advantage of all the new perks that FastTrack Rewards offers.

  • Will my card number change when I join FastTrack Rewards?

    No, your FastTrack Rewards card number will be the same number that you had on your previous property rewards card.

  • What does being a Gold, Platinum or Triple Crown cardholder get me?

    Being a Gold, Platinum or Triple Crown cardholder makes you eligible for many exclusive benefits, such as retail discounts at select properties, reward points for comps, special offers and promotions and much more! One of our team members would be happy to provide you with a FastTrack Rewards brochure that lists out all our brand-wide benefits.

  • How do I earn a FastTrack Rewards Point (Tier Point)?

    You can earn FastTrack Rewards Points (Tier Points) just by playing.
